Shipping charges for some items are not calculated on kljack.com or included in your total. These shipping charges can only be calculated once your items have been picked and packed. You will be charged the exact amount it cost KL Jack to ship your product(s), plus a $5.00 handling charge. These items usually do not fall into the Flat Rate Shipping Offer described below and detailed on our Flat Rate Shipping page. Excluded items include the following: Items marked "Hazmat Product" in your shopping cart, any Grace brand moisture control products, All 2-component spray foam kits, Ram Board Floor Protection™, Firestorm Icemelt, DeWalt® ToughSystem® Products, Rags and Wiping Products, any liquids over 5 gallons, any items 6' or longer in length, as well as any other heavy and/or oversized items that cannot be shipped UPS ground or items that require additional UPS charges. These excluded items may require KLJACK.com's Customer Service Department to call the customer with final freight charges that may vary based on Hazmat, Length, Weight or other shipping specifications. Excluded items are at the sole discretion of K.L. Jack & Co. and may include additional items not listed here.
UPS CONSIGNEE: A consignee is a UPS customer who has agreed to pay KL Jack's shipping charges. A consignee must have a UPS contract for consignee billing, and KL Jack must have the consignee's approval to use this billing option. This payment method allows KL Jack to bill the charges for a specified shipment to a consignee who has agreed to pay the charges. All shipping charges are billed to the consignee's UPS account number, except charges such as declared value for carriage, additional handling, verbal delivery confirmation, and Saturday delivery.
OUR TRUCK: The Our Truck shipping option applies to customers who are located within our local delivery zones for any of our five branch locations. K.L. Jack & Co. reserves the right to determine if the Our Truck method of delivery is the most economical and/or appropriate shipping method. Our Truck delivery method has a minimum delivery fee, which may be increased at any time without notice. Please call for more details.
CUSTOMER PICK UP: The Customer Pick Up shipping option only applies to customers who can physically pick up their order at one of our locations in Maine or New Hampshire during normal business hours.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING OFFER: For a limited time only, K.L. Jack & Co. is offering $5.00 flat rate shipping on qualifying orders. Please visit our Flat Rate Shipping page for more details. Offer is valid only for orders placed online. Orders may be shipped via standard UPS Ground or the most economical method available within the continental U.S. only. All other UPS services (Consignee, Blue 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air) will be billed at standard UPS rates and calculated at the time of shipment. Flat rate shipping is an online limited time offer and is subject to change without notice.

Return Policy
No items can be accepted for return without a return authorization number. Please call 1-866-417-3626 or email [email protected] to start the process of getting a return authorization number. A 25% restocking charge will apply unless the return is due to a KL Jack & Co./KLJack.com error or material defect. No returns are allowed after 30 days from the ship date. Orders for custom manufactured or non-stock items may not be eligible to be returned for credit or reimbursement. Returns must have an invoice and/or web reference number, date of purchase, reason for the return, must be unused, in a resalable condition and as originally packaged.
Defects and Non-Compliance
Any liability of seller resulting from any defects or error in workmanship or materials in the products shall be limited to, and fully discharged by replacement of such items without charge. The warranty provided in this clause is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, arising by law or otherwise, including the implied warranties, specifically referencing this clause. In no event shall seller be liable for consequential damages. Any action for breach of this warranty or other action arising out of this contract must be commenced within one year after such cause of action arises. Notice of non-compliance or defect must be given by the buyer to K.L. Jack within 10 days after delivery to buyer. In the event the buyer fails to give notice within the specified period, the seller will be relieved of any and all liability thereunder and buyer agrees to accept goods as is.
Force Majeure:
K.L.Jack shall not be liable for any delay in, or impairment of, performance resulting in whole or in part from any force majeure event, including but not limited to acts of God, labor disruptions, acts of war, acts of terrorism (whether actual or threatened), governmental decrees or controls, insurrections, epidemics, quarantines, shortages, communication or power failures, fire, accident, explosion, inability to procure or ship product or obtain permits and licenses, inability to procure supplies or raw materials, severe weather conditions, catastrophic events, or any other circumstance or cause beyond the reasonable control of K.L. Jack in the conduct of its business.
