Grade 70 Alloy Steel Forged Clevis Grab Hooks are used with Transport Safety Chain (Binder Chain) for securing heavy loads during transportation. They are ideal for industrial and commercial towing.

1/2" Grab Hooks have a Working Load Limit of 12,750 lbs and feature a 4:1 Safety Factor with a minimum Breaking Strength of 51,000 lbs. For easy identification the hooks are stamped both with the size, which indicates the chain size it is to be used with, and a G70 to indicate the material.

Grade 70 rated for superior strength, these hooks are drop forged, quenched and tempered medium alloy steel and plated with a Yellow/Gold Zinc Chromate finish, for an attractive appearance and to resist corrosion.
