Fender Washer are round thin flat washers with a larger outside diameter than standard flat washers of the same bolt size. They are used in auto body repair, sheet metal work, plumbing and electrical applications or anywhere a large washer diameter is needed to increase surface area and prevent fastener pull-through.
They are manufactured of Low Carbon Steel and finished with a Clear Zinc Chromate plating to provide protection against normal atmospheric corrosion. They are also available in 18-8 and Type 316 Stainless Steels for improved corrosion protection in Marine, Industrial and exterior applications.
