Payments

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Credit terms may be available to use when making purchases on KLJACK.com. A Credit Application must be submitted and approved.

Paying invoices using your online estore account that is linked to your account number in our system, has an additional payment option available for ACH (electronic bank-to-bank payment).

Currently residents of Maine are subject to applicable sales tax for purchases made on KLJack.com.

Products & Services

Do you have a product catalog that you can send me?

Unfortunately, we no longer offer a printed catalog. Please refer to this link for an older digital version of our last full catalog we printed in 2010. Please keep in mind that our website contains the most up-to-date product offerings.

I see an item that is out of stock. Do you know approximately when it will be available?

We don't generally post availability dates for items on the website. In some instances we we have expected dates we should be receiving out of stock items and we will show those dates when possible. 
We recommend that you email us at [email protected] and we will get back to you with the expected date the product will arrive back in-stock.

How do I place an order?

Online

You may register online now, and place your orders through KLJack.com. If you don't wish to register, you can shop as a guest on KLJack.com and enter your address and payment information when completing your purchase.

Phone

You can call us at 1-866-417-3626, we are open from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm EST Monday - Friday. You can also call one of our local branches to place your order for delivery or pickup.

Email

You may submit your order by emailing [email protected]. Please clearly list the part#, quantity, shipping address and phone number. We will email you with your order confirmation and for payment information after your order has been entered.

How long does it take to ship product?

Place your order by 3:00 p.m. EST, Monday - Friday, and we guarantee that your order of in-stock items will ship out that same day. We are committed to delivering the perfect order - on time and hassle-free. We have a 98% fill rate... we do occasionally experience delays from our vendors and world wide supply chain issues.

How can I make a request for quote?

You may submit an inquiry by emailing [email protected] or calling 1-866-417-3626. You can also call one of our local branches in your area. You also can obtain product pricing on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Promotions & Discounts

How do I apply a Promotion Code to my order?

To add a promo code to your order:

  1. Once you have added the required items to your shopping cart, click the My Cart button to review your purchase.

  2. In your cart, scroll past the items down to the Order Summary, and you will see a place to enter your Promotion Code.

  3. Once you have entered the code, click Apply and your discount will be shown as applied in the Order Summary box as well as any qualifying items in your cart.

    • In the event that an invalid Promotion Code is entered, a message box will appear to notify you.

If you're using an offer for a free item with the purchase of another, be sure to add both items to your cart before clicking Checkout. Promotion Codes and discounts do not apply to sales tax, gift cards, excluded items or shipping, and handling fees. For a list of excluded items, please refer to the original promotional materials or contact us for more details.

Where can I get a copy of the current KL Jack Sales Flyer?

Print Version

Print versions of the current KL Jack Sales Flyers are distributed through our outside sales team or placed in order shipments. Contact your KL Jack Outside Sales Representative or your Local Branch for copies of our current flyers.

Digital Version

Digital versions of all of our current flyers are available on the Flyers page of our website.

Be aware that product offerings and pricing in KL Jack Sales Flyers can vary by location and may not be offered on our website. Offers and promotions available on our website may not be available at our branch locations or through our sales representatives and vice versa.

How can I sign up for emails about KL Jack Promotions?

You can sign up to receive updates and offers from KL Jack by visiting this link. All we require is your email address, but feel free to fill out as much or as little information from the form as you wish. We only send out emails when we have:

Shipping & Returns

I don't see California as a state option to ship to... Do you ship to California?

As a company based on the East Coast with very few customers located in California we have found ourselves unprepared for the newly expanded scope of California's Proposition 65 laws. Due to the extreme demands researching requirements and then complying with Prop 65 would put upon our business we have decided we will no longer ship our products to any California address. While we regret this inconvenience we cannot expose our company to the legal and financial risks we could face from even a minor oversight or error in labeling or paperwork.

Can I get a tracking number for my order so I know when it will arrive?

All items sent out from KL Jack is done through a shipping app that connects our servers to the shippers. This updates freight costs and sends out tracking information. A tracking number is emailed out when the order ships via UPS's system. Tracking information is emailed from [email protected]. You may want to add this email address to your trusted senders/contacts list.

If you are unable to locate your tracking number, it is possible that it may have gone to a spam or junk mail folder. If you are still unable to locate it, email [email protected] and we will gladly provide you with one.

How can I return an item I purchased?

Items cannot be accepted for return without a return authorization number. Call 1-866-417-3626 or email [email protected] to start the process of getting a return authorization number. Please include your order number and include the items you would like to return.

Restocking fees may apply and we cannot credit any freight charges. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
