Viking Type 78-GR HSS Step Reamer set can accurately start, enlarge and deburr holes in material up to 1/2" thick. This economical 3 piece step reamer set, made in the USA, allows for a range of hole diameters from 5/16" to 1-1/16" diameters. Each Bit has 5 hole size steps, making this set a handy and versatile accessory for Truck and Heavy Equipment maintenance shops, Steel fabricators and Structural steel builders. Reamers feature a 90° notched point for quick accurate starts, a 3/8" diameter round shank with 3-Flats for a secure grip in standard Jacob style keyed or keyless 3-jaw chucks. Finished with a superior Gold Oxide coating that enhances lubricity, reduces friction and increases toughness.
