Marson T-style blind rivets feature an aluminum rivet body and a zinc plated steel mandrel (pin). T-Rivets have superior tensile and shear strength compared to a standard blind rivet and are preferred for use in structural and other applications requiring higher strength. The unique design of T style rivets includes a body that, upon installation, splits into three individual “petals” which peel back onto the work surface. By spreading the load across a wider bearing area, T rivets provide exceptional pull up properties and are well-suited for use in slightly oversize holes.
