CGW PASCO PSA sticky backed sanding discs made with a strong .0005 Mylar film for superior edge tear resistance. The PASCO Advantage outperforms other “C” weight gold discs. Stearated paper with heat treated aluminum oxide grain and a full phenolic bond system provides a uniform scratch pattern. Open coat disc delivers a fast cut and exceptionally long life.

PSA sanding discs, also called pressure sensitive adhesive sanding discs, are ideal for use with Orbital Sanders for creating smooth and even finishes on a wide variety of surfaces and materials. They are meant to used with a PSA Disc Backing Pad which can be specified as either a Firm or Medium spec pad.

• The Firm spec PSA Disc Pad will keep the Disc flat to the work surface and a Medium spec pad will allow for some flexing when sanding on curved surfaces. • Firm Pads: designed for use on flat surfaces & with grits 100 and coarser.
• Medium Pads: designed for use on both flat & curved surfaces with grits 120 - finer.
