Marson MRN Series Thick Wall Flathead Flange Rivet Nuts provide the most bearing surface for applications that require heavy push out loads and high torque for use in metal, fiberglass and rigid plastics that are too thin for a tapped hole. Due to the heavy wall thickness of MRN Series rivet nuts the use of a Marson 160-SP or 140-SP pneumatic Spin/Pull tool is recommended for installation.
A manual installation tool can be used with the smaller thread sizes of MRN rivet nuts. The user will need to do a test installation to confirm the usability of a manual tool in their installation. MRN Series Rivet Nuts are available in Steel-Zinc Plated or Aluminum.
