Black Nylon Air Brake Tubing approved for Truck and Trailer Air Brake Systems. Ideal for use with DOT compliant air brake compression fittings. Tubing is designed to resist UV and ozone as well as fuels and other commonly found automotive and cleaning chemicals. Tubing will remain flexible in cold temperatures and has superior resistance to abrasion and wear. Tubing meets or exceeds SAE J844, both Type A –non-reinforced and Type B – reinforced. Tubing is rated for use at pressures up to 150 PSI and in a temperature range from -40° to +200°F. Please note: SAE does not recognize 1/8''. 5/32" or 3/16" O.D. tubing for use with air brake systems. Supplied in 100 foot rolls.
